"Don't give me a 10% coupon that I can't use"
Got a 10% coupon as a new customer. Picked out some items, but could not use the coupon because the prices were too good? Don't offer a coupon and then tell me I can't use it. That brings on feelings of loss aversion, which are much stronger than the positive feelings from getting a good deal. You threw away an opportunity to create a happy new customer experience by saving $5 on the sale.

Ordered a metal desk from Shoplet on Amazon and arrived heavily damaged and late. Didn’t see it until the box and plastic were removed. Tried to contact them immediately got no response after two days. I even googled their business to try to get a customer service number to call. Had to contact Amazon who gave them 48 hours to get it resolved and my money refunded- which, hasn’t happened yet after almost two weeks. They keep giving excuses for why they can’t give me my money back. I’ve called Amazon 3x - last time today and even though the company literally put in writing once they picked up the desk I would be refunded my purchase price of $608 (half my income for the entire month) they would not honor that statement and keep making up excuses why they won’t give me my money back. They literally sent me a message today telling me to give them the bill of lading and tell them who the company was that picked up the desk for return - WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MADE THE ARRANGMENTS!!! They lost it!
Needless to say, Amazon gave them 48 hours initially to get it picked up and issue my refund. Then they gave them 48 more hours to give me my refund (by today) and if they didn’t (which they still have not) I am to call back again tomorrow (the 4th time) and they will file a claim against Shoplet and give my my refund and go after them … so be it.
I can’t get something else until I get the refund and they are messing with my ability to work from home and I am super super angry at this point.
I will never do business with them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do business with them either.
Take heed. Just don’t do it.

"Didn't honor sale price"
They cancelled my order #1680698501 saying it was out of stock when in fact they just raised the price and it's fully in stock, they just didn't wanna honor the sale price I paid .

I have tried ordering a woven hanging file basket from them twice through Amazon and I received the same wrong item twice and they refused to fix it.

"This Company Rips People Off Big Time !"
I ordered 6 tubes of a special foot cream that is hard to get now, they sent 2 and tubes were 1/2 empty ! Called
them, was told I would get refund Did Not then they sent 4 more tubes 1/2 Empty, got ripped off Big Time!
They are Crooks and they do it in a Legal Way !

The instruction for the checkout is unfriendly. The agent is also unfriendly and I have to separate my sale items and regular price items in order to have a 5% discount and free shipping. This is kind of unheard of.

I bought 5 boxes of the forks, take 23 days to ship to us, asking for return, they charge 25% restock fee
The problem is shoplet ship items super late, when i got it, i don't need no more, that is not the right, shoplet delay the orders 23 days, now they want charge 25% for return, that is ridiculous, no more shoplet

Do not shop here. The return policy is hidden. They refuse to tag non-retrunable items in the inventory nor will they alert you at the online checkout. Buyer beware. You will be stuck with your purchase, satisfied or not.

"Terrible customer support - Don't try to cancel an order"
Terrible customer support. I ordered some items and then attempted to cancel the order in numbers ways, three days before the items shipped, yet they were still delivered. Then when I tried to return them, they wanted to to charge me 25% restocking fee and return shipping! The error was due to limitation in their order processing and customer support. I even spoke to a supervisor. Waste of time and money.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased specialty/perforated paper from this online vendor. Upfront about pricing and discounts, and fast shipping! Site is easy to use, and check-out was a breeze. Appreciated the fast & free shipping, too - especially for a heavy item like multiple cartons of paper! The delivery driver was even friendly and remembered me!

When I requested a quote from the company and sent back the PO, after weeks of waiting on my items to arrive, I reached out to them. First, I was told that they didn't have my order. Then told that it's with the "net 30" department [accounting], then I was told that there's a hold up in shipping. Finally, after weeks of them being unable to keep a story straight, I decided to call them every day. Finally, they sent it, and subsequently, left 6 items off. When I contacted them, they initially acted as if they cared. Now they don't even bother to respond. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY company!!!
