"Shipping fees popped up at the end"
I just went through the checkout, so this is still fresh in my mind, the shipping fees didn’t really show up until the last step. It made the total feel a bit surprising, and I wish the costs had been clearer earlier

"Was hoping for better quality"
I ordered a small batch of office supplies because I was trying to get my desk organized for the week. At first everything looked fine when it arrived, and the shipping was actually smooth. But once I started using the items, it was a bit disappointing. One of the folders ripped almost right away, and a couple of the pens wrote like they were already drying out. For the price, I expected things to hold up a little better. Not the worst purchase ever, but I probably wouldn’t order these again.

The site was simple enough to browse, and I found what I was looking for without much trouble. Checkout did drag on longer than it should have, though, kind of felt like something on their end wasn’t exactly set up to make the process smooth.

"Account settings could be a lot smoother"
I’ve ordered from Shoplet a few times, and the shopping/checkout part ain’t bad. But trying to manage my account was frustrating. Updating simple stuff like my address or payment info felt clunky, and a couple changes didn’t seem like they saved right away.

Customer service did get back to me, so it’s not like nobody helped, but it took longer than I expected and I had to explain the same problem again. I wouldn’t say the whole site is terrible, but the account settings definitely need some work

It did show up eventually, just later than I was expecting. The tracking was there, but it didn’t really feel that accurate for whatever reason. Not a huge deal, but the timing was kind of frustrating...

"Packaging was fine, but I still have a few complaints"
The box showed up in good shape, nothing was crushed, and nothing was leaking, so that part was fine. I will say there was a bit more packing material than needed, and it was kind of annoying to deal with. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. Overall the packaging did its job, I just wish it wasn’t such a hassle to open and clean up.

I was just trying to find some basic office stuff, and the search results were kind of all over the place. The filters either reset on me or showed things that didn’t really match what I picked. After like 20 minutes or so, I just gave up and ordered from another site. The whole thing feels clunky.

I ordered a few office supplies from Shoplet, and for the most part, what showed up matched what was listed on the product pages. I’m always a little skeptical of those super polished company descriptions because they can make everything sound more perfect than it is, but this was straightforward. One item had a size detail that could’ve been clearer, though it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it went fine, and I’d probably use Shoplet again.

I ordered from shoplet.com and didn’t expect it to turn into such a hassle. The order status barely changed for days, so I kept having to check it myself and still couldn’t tell if it had actually shipped or not. I reached out to customer service and got a vague answer that didn’t clear anything up. Something as simple as regular order updates would’ve saved me a lot of unnecessary stress. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I had a problem with my order and figured I was going to get the usual polished copy-paste response, but support got back to me quickly. It did take one extra email to fully sort it out, which was a little annoying, but they handled it in the end. Overall, good experience

The prices are usually better than most office supply sites, which is why I gave it a try. That said, I kind of felt misled because the deal looked better at first than it ended up being once I got further into the process.

"Not really worth the price"
I ordered a few office supplies from Shoplet because the prices looked decent at first, but by the time shipping and extra costs were added, it really didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. The timing was frustrating too, because I needed the stuff for a busy week at work and it showed up later than would’ve actually been helpful.

Some of the items were fine, but nothing stood out for what I ended up paying. I could’ve gotten similar supplies cheaper somewhere else and probably had them sooner. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great value

“Shoplet is a very legit company. I have been ordering from them for all my office supplies ned for the past 5 years. Never had a major issue. When I did have any issues, their customer service reps were very helpful in resolving the issues. I would certainly recommend them.”
